Da'wah institutions face challenges in maintaining program sustainability amid technological changes, evolving community needs, and limited organizational resources. These conditions require business model innovation and program diversification that strengthen organizational capacity without compromising religious and social missions. This study aims to analyze business model innovation and program diversification in da'wah institutions in the disruptive era, with particular attention to digital transformation and governance based on Islamic economic principles. The study employs a literature review approach by examining scholarly publications related to business model innovation, Islamic social entrepreneurship, program diversification, and organizational sustainability. The analysis focuses on a conceptual synthesis of program development strategies, technology adoption, resource management, and institutional accountability. The review suggests that business model innovation and program diversification need to be developed systematically by considering community needs, organizational capacity, and compliance with Islamic principles. Digital transformation and strategic partnerships can support broader service delivery, while transparent governance is essential for maintaining public trust. This study proposes a conceptual framework for developing adaptive and sustainable da'wah institutions that remain committed to serving the public interest and advancing community welfare.
